CLASSIC CITY TOUR BY BIKE (From Havana)

Description:

Taking the Classic City Tour  you will have a wide impression of our city. We specially recommend it to visitors traveling to Havana for the first time. We start early to make the most of the cool morning and avoid as much as possible the intense heat of the sun. We bike through five different municipalities that showcase the contrasts of our urban environment (Vedado, Playa, Cerro, Centro Habana, Old Havana). The route takes some roads with traffic but in general we prefer less touristic roads to make you gain an insight into our reality. During the tour we’ll have stops to spectate, resting and time for photos. We pass by important sites, such as Plaza de la Revolución (Revolution Square), Cemetery Cristóbal Colón, and a green zone (Bosque de la Habana). In Old Havana we take a pause to “recharge batteries” having a refreshment. After having seen some colonial buildings and fortresses at Old Town you bike back taking the Malecón (seafront promenade).
