Day 01: Lima

Arrival to International Airport “Jorge Chavez”.  Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. 
Accomodation.

Day 02: Lima - Cusco - Urubamba

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and departure to the City of Cusco by airplane. Arrival and departure by private bus to Urubamba Valley.  Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 03: Urubamba

Breakfast. 
Full day excursion to visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas.  A place of incomparable beauty. Guided tour to the ruins and village of Pisac, famous  for the colossal agricultural terraces that circle the mountains, and the watchtowers which were used as observation points as well as for control and military defense purposes.  Lunch included.  Visit to the archaeological complex of Ollaytaytambo, which was a gigantic agricultural, administrative, religious and military center.

Day 04: Urubamba - Machupicchu

Breakfast. 
Transfer to the Ollanta Station in order to leave towards Aguas Calientes by train (8 km. 1 hour 30 minutes).  Arrival and transfer to the ruins by bus (25 minutes).  Guided tour of the “Lost City of the Incas” discovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham, and has become since then in the cultural symbol of Peru, not only by its architectural beauty but also by its natural scenery.
In the afternoon return to Aguas Calientes. Buffet lunch included at a local restaurant.  
Dinner and accommodation.

Day 05: Machupicchu- Cusco

Breakfast. 
Optional: Re-entrance to the ruins (without guide).
In the afternoon, return to Cusco by train.
Accommodation.

Day 06: Cusco

Breakfast.  
In the morning, a visit around the Main Square, one of the most beautiful of Cusco, the Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church (Koricancha), and nearby ruins of Puca-Pucara, Kenko, Tambomachay and the famous military fortress of Sacsayhuaman.  Return to the hotel. 
Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner with folkloric show at local restaurant.

Day 07: Cusco

Day 08: Cusco - Puno

Breakfast. 
In the morning, departure by regular bus to Puno (from 2 to 9 passengers), or private bus (+ 10 passengers).  Lunch included on the route.  Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 09:  Puno

Breakfast.
Full day excursion to the Titicaca Lake to visit the floating islands of the Uros Indians, 12 km (7.45 miles) from Puno.  There are 40 big totora reed islands.  The Uros, one of the most ancient peoples of the Americas, make their living from fishing and hunting, and barter for other products in the markets.  The visit continues to Taquile Island, located 35 km (21.74 miles) from Puno. Taquile Island is inhabited by Indians of Quechua origin, who have achieved an incredible degree of organization in their community. Since there are no hotels, the villagers themselves provide accommodation, on a shift basis. Taquile is also renowned for the manufacture of the sicure, a typical musical instrument of the Altiplano region.  Lunch included. Return to Puno.

Day 10: Puno - Juliaca - Lima

In the morning, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Lima.  On the way are visited the famous Indian tombs of Sillustani, outstanding pre-inca ruins of the Tiahuanaco culture.  Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit to the Indian Market for your last purchases.
Dinner at Costa Verde Restaurant.

Day 11: Lima

Breakfast.
AM. A three-hour guided tour that gives visitors a chance to see Lima’s superb colonial churches, such as the Cathedral and San Francisco Church, and the Main Square with the Government Palace and City Hall. You will also visit Lima’s residential areas: San Isidro, with its Olive Grove and Golf Course; and Miraflores with its Central Park.  Then proceed to visit the Gold Museum.  Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the airport to take your international departure flight.
